We're looking for a Regional Account Manager to join a global leader in the automotive aftermarket. Covering Scotland, you'll play a key role in managing key accounts, developing relationships, and driving sales growth.
This is a field-based role, meaning you'll spend the majority of your time meeting customers face-to-face, ensuring they get the best from our client's market-leading products and services.

What will you be doing?
1. Building strong, long-term relationships with key automotive aftermarket customers.
2. Developing and implementing strategic account plans to grow sales and increase market share.
3. Spending 80% of your time engaging with clients face-to-face, ensuring you're their go-to partner for the client's products.
4. Identifying new business opportunities and working with sales teams to capitalise on them.
5. Providing training and support to your customers' regional and branch managers to help them drive sales.
6. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
7. Regular reporting on key account performance and industry trends.
You?
1. Experience in the UK automotive aftermarket (ideally in a sales or account management role).
2. A strong ability to build relationships and influence key decision-makers.
3. Self-motivation and the ability to work remotely while managing your own schedule effectively.
4. IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office programs.
5. A full, clean UK driving license.
6. A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs.
7. Knowledge of diagnostic equipment is a plus but not essential.
8. Live in Scotland.
