Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, including wholesalers, vape shops, and e-commerce platforms, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.
* Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
* Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales and maximize profitability.
* Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to assess their requirements and offer product recommendations.
* Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure clients' needs are met with the right products.
* Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new product launches.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales/account management within the FMCG industry (experience in the vape industry is desirable but not essential).
* A strong background in business development, with a proven track record of identifying and converting new business opportunities.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong relationship-building abilities, with a focus on long-term client retention.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and business development activities simultaneously.
* A solutions-driven mindset with the ability to identify and overcome challenges.
* Full UK driving licence (travel to client sites may be required).
