What You’ll Be Doing
As a Pre-Travel Executive, you’ll assist guests with travel preparations, handle queries, and ensure they have all the information needed for a smooth and enjoyable trip. You will interact with direct bookers, travel agents, and third-party partners such as Jet2 and British Airways, providing exceptional support and ensuring a stress-free pre-travel experience.
We prioritise making the booking process as smooth as possible and ensuring guests have everything, they need before and during their stay. With service excellence at the heart of what we do; offering a wealth of choice; peace of mind, and wonderful holidays, we're looking for someone who can deliver really great guest service.
This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve issues proactively. If you love helping people and thrive in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main contact for guests, answering queries via phone, email, and live chat.
* Provide accurate pre-travel information, including villa details, check-in procedures, and local recommendations.
* Assist with special requests, booking amendments, and extras such as car hire and transfers.
* Manage communications with direct bookers, travel agents, and third-party partners, ensuring all documentation is correct.
* Identify and resolve pre-travel issues, proactively addressing concerns before they escalate.
* Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure a seamless guest experience.
What We’re Looking For
* Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
* Problem-solving mindset – ability to handle issues proactively and efficiently.
* Strong attention to detail – ensuring accuracy in guest communications and booking updates.
* Passion for delivering outstanding guest service and enhancing the pre-travel experience.
* Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
