Strong people management skills with a track record of driving results through teams. A natural coach who can inspire, motivate, and support your team in continuously improving. A problem-solver with the ability to implement process changes that enhance operational performance. Experience managing budgets and controlling costs effectively. Leadership that engages, motivates, and develops large teams with diverse skill sets.
