IO Associates is seeking a skilled and motivated Quality Engineer to join a dynamic organisation in Redhill for a hybrid role. You'll lead 8D investigations, drive New Product Introduction (NPI) using APQP, support technology transfer, resolve quality issues, and implement corrective actions to improve processes. Quality Engineer Redhill Hybrid, 3 days a week Permanent Experience and Qualifications: Proven experience in quality engineering, particularly in fast-paced manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of the 8D problem-solving methodology and tools (e.g., Ishikawa, Red X, 5 Whys). Hands-on experience with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and New Product Introduction (NPI). Familiarity with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab) and Statistical Process Control (SPC). Knowledge of ISO9001/TS16949 quality systems and manufacturing principles. Experience working with various measuring and inspection equipment and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. A degree in Engineering or Manufacturing, or an equivalent qualification (HNC) with relevant experience in quality engineering.
