About the role:
The brand marketing team currently plans, develops, and executes marketing campaigns for brands such as adidas, Birkenstock & Dr Martens. As our Junior Brand Account Manager, you will be working alongside the team to develop and maintain brand relationships, contribute to strategy and execution, and build thorough wrap reports at the end of campaigns. The brand marketing team is responsible for delivering world-class marketing campaigns through the OFFICE lens, engaging with our consumer and driving positive ROI and incremental sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Brand relationships: Manage day-to-day communication between the internal team and the brands. We currently have over 35 brands we activate campaigns for, and we need someone to assist with this communication.
* Production: Assist with sourcing and viewing locations, booking crew and models, and finding and hiring props for shoots and events executed in-house.
* Planning & strategy decks: Assist the team in building marketing planning decks to present to brands and agencies.
* Wrap reports: Regularly build thorough and creative reports for brands and internal stakeholders in a timely manner. These reports are required on a regular basis, so you will need to be adept at compiling them efficiently.
* Regular communication with external brands, including weekly meetings with key brands.
* Seasonal kick-off meetings with brands to take key messaging that informs campaigns for the season, ensuring it is in the OFFICE tone of voice.
* Work with the wider team to facilitate and seek out new opportunities for press coverage.
* Build, maintain, and update seasonal consumer profiles using insights and trend research.
* Ability to work within and keep track of budgets, negotiate costs with suppliers, and raise invoices in a timely manner.
