As an Inventory Operative, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of stock accuracy and integrity at Alloga. You will ensure compliance with both Alloga UK and governing body processes while maintaining outstanding quality and service levels.,
* Adhere to Company Health & Safety policies and standards.
* Report accidents and near misses to the H&S Manager immediately.
* Operate only equipment for which you have received full training.
* Report any damage or defects to a Supervisor.
* Maintain a professional appearance by wearing the company uniform and identity pass.
* Comply with MHRA and GDP standards, ensuring excellent housekeeping practices.
* Promote continuous improvement within contract operations.
* Suggest process enhancements and operational improvements.
* Minimize inventory losses by following agreed processes and completing daily inventory validation tasks.
* Make stock adjustments in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) as per company guidelines.
* Record and communicate identified errors to relevant departments.
* Collaborate with Finance and Customer Care to address stock-related concerns.
* Investigate and address client/customer queries and complaints methodically.
* Conduct stock takes as required by clients.
* Create and maintain locations in the WMS.
* Execute any reasonable requests from management.

* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or similar environment.

* Understanding of company policies and procedures.
* Trained in all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within 3 months of employment.
