As a Parts & Service Advisor at our newest Crawley site, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our motorcycles running like a dream. From sourcing and ordering parts to collaborating with sales and workshop teams, you’ll ensure everything is ready to exceed customer expectations. This is more than just a desk job—you’ll be hands-on in a dynamic environment that revolves around all things two-wheels.
What your day will look like:
* Ordering and managing parts from a variety of suppliers online and over the phone.
* Building relationships with suppliers to secure the best deals and stock availability.
* Working with the Sales & Workshop teams to meet deadlines and deliver excellent service.
* Maintaining stock levels to ensure operations run seamlessly.
* Outlining budgets and working towards targets to keep the business moving forward.
* Representing the SuperBike Factory family with pride and enthusiasm.
We’re looking for someone who not only knows their way around a bike but understands how to keep everything running smoothly. You’ll need:
* Proven motorcycle mechanical and technical knowledge.
* The ability to foster strong relationships—with both colleagues and suppliers.
* Meticulous attention to detail to keep stock and budgets on track.
* A drive to deliver exceptional service every single day.
* Experience handling motorcycles is a plus. A full, clean UK driving and motorcycle licence would be ideal but isn’t essential.

Company background:
SuperBike Factory was started in our founder’s garage back in 2010. Fast forward 14 years and we’ve grown into Europe’s largest used motorcycle retailer with around 4000 motorcycles in stock across the group!
We now have 6 sites across the UK. Our head office is still in Macclesfield, but we’ve expanded to Donington Park, Bradford, Bristol and Milton Keynes and Crawley employing around 300 people along the way with plans to expand even further.
