As a Bookings Partner you will help our divisional and operational teams to maximise the commercial value of our table bookings & management system. You will coordinate and support the ongoing use and development of the bookings and events system, working with key stakeholders to ensure smooth management, integration and data analysis.

Job Description
Your role as a Bookings Partner...
* To highlight key metrics for growth from reporting and dial-ins within Brand/Division which could influence and support strategic marketing plans and commercial growth through capacity.
* To build relationships with internal stakeholders so we work together effectively with other members of our wider bookings team, e.g. digital teams, brand marketing teams, IT, etc.
* To carry out regular audits of data within the system to ensure data quality standards are being met, including compliance to Brand/Division ambitions.
* To manage the end-to-end process for investments and brands swaps.
* To action and manage PQS tickets in line with agreed SLAs to ensure pubs receive required support.
What you’ll bring…
* Ability to evaluate success from performance metrics and commercial awareness to identify short and long term opportunities to benefit the business.
* Experience of partnering key stakeholders from BUD to GM – challenging / influencing / communicating / building relationships.
* Ability to work consistently at pace to agreed processes and SLAs, with a high degree of accuracy. Experience of delivering training to inspire users to use the system as intended.
* Knowledge of all our brands and operational ways of working.
