Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Partner Relationship Strategies:
1. Establish and grow partnerships aligned with company objectives, ensuring strong ROI.
2. Design, implement, and lead partnership strategies and action plans.
3. Collaborate with Marketing and Finance teams to set and align quarterly goals within the annual strategy.
4. Define clear KPIs to measure partnership success and impact.
5. Stay informed on industry trends to shape effective partnership strategies.
Maintain and Expand Current Partnerships:
6. Engage with partners to determine optimal collaboration approaches.
7. Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements for all parties.
8. Address and resolve partner concerns with tailored solutions.
9. Represent the company at industry and networking events to strengthen partnerships.
Deliver Comprehensive Reporting and Metrics:
10. Track and evaluate partnership performance regularly, ensuring detailed and accurate reporting.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have a background in account management, partnership development, or a similar client-facing role. Exceptional communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to cultivate meaningful relationships are essential.
