Location: Remote working with 1-2 days a week in our Northampton Office
Job Type: Multiple Positions Available - Full & Part Time (Temporary and Permanent Opportunities, 22.5 -37 Hours Mon-Friday)

Position
1. Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing information and guidance to complete and secure energy contracts.
2. Develop strong internal & external relationships to ensure a collaborative service & effective resolution of contract queries.
3. Deliver efficient phone service, support, and query responses in line with SLA’s.
4. Develop a comprehensive understanding of supplier specific terms and conditions to address queries accurately and support customers effectively.
Requirements
1. Previous experience in the Utilities industry desirable.
2. At least 1-2 years of administrative and customer service experience.
3. A confident, friendly and professional telephone manner.
4. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high accuracy work levels.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
7. The ability to handle and resolve a wide variety of queries effectively.
