Court of Protection Paralegal, 1 year experience, Greater Manchester, competitive salary - This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a full-service award-winning law firm.
OVERVIEW:
• Assisting with the preparation and filing of deputyship applications to the Court of Protection.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to deputyship and Personal Injury trust cases.
• Coordinating and attending client meetings, including home visits where necessary.
• Assisting in the preparation of annual reports and accounts for submission to the Office of the Public Guardian.
• Liaising with medical experts and obtaining medical evidence to support applications.
• Monitoring and managing deadlines to ensure compliance with court orders and statutory requirements.
