SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR - Blackburn - £24,500 - £25k DOE - 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday
We have an exciting opportunity to join this Global manufacturing and supply company due to growth. They are looking for a professional, friendly and customer-focused candidate with a good working knowledge of Excel.
You will be:
1. Processing sales orders accurately onto the in-house system
2. Setting up customer accounts / delivery details on the system
3. Issuing information with regards to products and stock to customers
4. Dealing with and monitoring stock levels, order deadlines and POD's
5. Liaising with the warehouse and supply chain teams to coordinate orders
6. Updating and maintaining data on the CRM system
7. Providing technical product knowledge to customers
8. Producing management reports regarding sales activity
9. Contacting new and existing clients/customers to promote product ranges and discuss their requirements
You will have:
