Our Process Engineer
Your role as a Process Engineer will involve working to the Head of Innovation. You will be responsible for aligning the many facets of the business to work coherently in delivering the E2E approach in both the physical and digital world. Focusing on the guest and visitor journey, our Process Engineer will maximise efficiency and drive improved customer satisfaction through the various platforms we operate on.
You will collaborate with the heads of the various elements of the business and cross-functional teams, manage and coordinate project activities, support existing product offerings, and perform testing or analysis of new and existing processes.
Your responsibilities will include leading Quality Improvement projects using various tools and techniques.
This is a role for a self-motivated individual with strong leadership and team working skills, a decision maker, with sound and creative problem solving ability. Highly developed influencing, communication and presentation skills. Experienced negotiator/facilitator with the ability to influence others. Confident, and personable individual with high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
* Analysing our processes and procedures from end to end.
* Developing and implementing process enhancement strategies.
* Investigating shortfalls, issues, and complaints in our current processes.
* Monitoring staff performance and organisational processes as well as training, mentoring, and guiding team members on new processes and techniques.
* Collaborating with other stakeholders to enhance and streamline productivity and staff satisfaction.
* Staying up-to-date with developments in management and process optimisation.

What we're looking for
* A bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, process management or operations is essential.
* Five years' experience in process optimisation, operations or business management.
* A sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes and organisational structures.
* A strategic and analytical mindset.
* An excellent communicator with a high degree of presentational skills.
* A thorough understanding of the latest process enhancement strategies.
* Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Leadership and mentoring skills.
* Confidence in your abilities to lead organisational change.

The Engineering Department lead on a number of aspects of support across the business as a whole, from supporting the company’s assets (buildings, digital architecture, IT infrastructure, mechanical plant, and vehicles), to horizon scanning for new and emerging technology to ensure we continue to stay ahead of our competitors in offering a truly unique immersive experience.
