We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic High Level Learning Support Assistant to join our team and support in Bexley The Role: As an HLTA, you will work closely with primary aged students including children with SEN. Your role will involve supporting individual students or small groups, helping to implement strategies that aid their learning and development, and working alongside teachers to ensure a positive learning experience for all. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one or small group support for students Assist in the development and delivery of tailored learning plans Support the emotional and social development of students Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals Encourage independence and self-confidence in students What We’re Looking For: Experience within a HLTA position or at least 5 years experience as a Teaching Assistant Experience in supporting children with SEND A compassionate and patient approach to working with children Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt and respond to the individual needs of students A proactive, positive attitude and a passion for making a difference in children's lives Why Join Us?
