Our client is looking for an organised, administrator to support their team. This role is essential on maintaining effective communication and providing admin support.
Key Responsibilities – Administrator
Manage office correspondence, including emails and phone calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks with precision, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and maintained.
Assist in the preparation of reports and documents using online and Microsoft applications.
Maintain an organised filing system for both electronic and paper documents.
Provide clerical support such as scheduling appointments, responding to enquiries and dealing with customer queries.
Support the team with various administrative tasks to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements – Administrator
Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in using computerised systems and software, particularly Microsoft word and outlook.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels within the organisation.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently when needed.
