A step-up role in which you’ll provide a new layer of management with their finance systems team, leading a team of two Financial Systems Analysts. This side of the team focus on the functional usage of 3E and associated finance systems rather than the dev/tech side, although you’ll need to have extensive experience of 3E and SQL Server. There will be ongoing development for the successful applicant, with a long-term succession path in mind. You’ll have access to a wide range of support from the firms L&D function, which can include coaching & mentoring and a variety of courses to help develop soft skills and more. The firm operate a hybrid work pattern requiring 60% of time in office.
