Morrison Water Services is currently looking to recruit a Project Delivery/Commercial Coordinator to work on our Repair and Maintenance contract in Bodelwyddan.
As the Project Delivery Coordinator you will be part of our Delivery Team who are responsible for the repair and maintenance of strategic and non strategic water mains on the DCWW network.
As the Project Delivery/Commercial Coordinator your duties & responsibilities will be:
1. Attend daily huddles for resource update 8:30 to 9:00
2. Collate all the leakage (planned, dropped, completed) for The Area manager to use in the daily leakage call
3. Focus – Create any reactive jobs, plan and dispatch to the team. Update focus so that it reflects what happens on site. Any changes to the planned works in the day – amend and update on focus. Retrieve any jobs from the planner that have not been completed.
4. Fyld – Check that the teams have uploaded all completed jobs onto Fyld and escalate jobs that are missing to ensure compliance.
5. TM – Collate the TM required for upcoming MWS jobs from the Traffic management App-Confirm what is required via the planning meeting, once confirmed email the details to the relevant site managers confirming location. follow the end to end process to clearing the location.
6. Send out the MWS TM required with Job number address and grid ref to the TM teams and supervisors
7. Attend 3pm productivity call – update spreadsheet with job status ready for leakage figures the next day.
8. Handling Dcww accounts for MWS staff
9. Any ad hoc tasks required by the Area manager and Site managers
In the event of leave the below will also need to be addressed on a daily basis:
10. Update North Master tracker
11. Daily register for R&M before 9:30
12. Collate and update Holiday and Training sheet
13. Costing for each job completed by R&M & S81 MWS teams and submitted by EOP Monday for prior week
14. Update dig productivity for each contractor
15. Add all aborted/dropped jobs to the Downtime tracker with the reason as to why works not completed
16. Chase missing photos and upload them to focus for payment
17. Update Standby Rota
18. Update overtime Sheet
19. Attend Afternoon productivity call to collate the status of all planned and reactive jobs and send to DCWW
20. Any ad hoc tasks required by the Area manager and site managers
21. Collate and update DCWW and MWS managers on after hour work from the day before huddles
Skills & Knowledge Requirements
22. Experience and knowledge of the Water Industry, preferred but no essential.
23. Knowledge of NRSWA and TMA - Desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
24. Basic/Intermediate level of using Microsoft Project, Excel (or equivalent planning software) and Power Point
25. Organised and methodical
26. Ability to meet deadlines set
27. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
28. Strong interpersonal, negotiation and people management skills
