Our client, a boutique finance company in Mayfair is looking for a well-presented Front of House Receptionist to join their friendly, team orientated, sociable and relaxed environment.
Based in beautiful offices in the heart of central London, the Receptionist will be the first point of contact for investors, so you will need to provide a 5-star service. In addition, you will provide proactive and efficient overflow admin support to the whole team. This lovely role requires someone who is highly organised, polished, personable and has strong communication skills, in order to deliver an exceptional service!
Responsibilities include:
* Meeting and greeting all visitors in a warm and professional manner
* First point of contact; answering calls and taking messages
* Managing meeting room calendar
* Setting up Boardroom for meetings with VC links/presentations, ordering lunches/drinks
* Ordering stationery and catering supplies, binding and printing documents
* Additional ad hoc admin support
* Assist with Health and Safety
* Keeping reception area tidy and the kitchen well stocked
What we are looking for:
* Previous client facing / customer service experience (cabin crew, luxury or corporate hospitality would be lovely!)
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Immaculate personal presentation
* Pro-active approach to guests
* Vibrant and engaging personality
