Key Responsibilities:

4. Providing updates on orders, stock levels, documentation, and back-order statuses.
5. Working closely with logistics and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations.
6. Assisting with order processing and customer inquiries as required.
7. Staying informed about product updates and company developments.
About You:
1. A proven track record in customer service within a fast-paced environment.
2. Confident in the use of Microsoft Office and related systems.
3. Knowledge of industry practices or technical expertise would be advantageous.
4. Experience with ERP systems such as Sage or Salesforce is beneficial.
5. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
6. Proficiency in additional languages is desirable but not essential.
