Key Responsibilities
* Accurately dispense medications according to legal, ethical, and safety standards.
* Provide expert advice on the safe and effective use of prescription medications and over-the-counter products.
* Conduct MURs and New Medicine Service (NMS) consultations to improve patient medication adherence and health outcomes.
* Offer clinical guidance and support to colleagues to ensure high-quality service.
* Maintain stock levels, manage inventory, and handle administrative duties.
* Deliver excellent customer service and build trusting relationships with patients.
* Engage with the local community to promote public health campaigns and wellness programs.
* Stay current with pharmacy guidelines and best practices.
Requirements
* MPharm degree and completion of the pre-registration year.
* Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
This role requires Saturday shifts, offering a diverse working week and valuable experience. The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
