Administrator (Temporary) CDS Group Services Ltd is a £60m nationwide main contractor, shopfitter and manufacturer based in Romsey. We welcome applicants who are outcome driven and have excellent people skills. We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Administrator on a temporary basis. The Administrator must be based in or within a commutable distance of Romsey. This is due to start ASAP and there should be 2 months work for the right Administrator. The Primary Outcomes of the Administrator: Increasing productivity Provide project and operational support Improved customer satisfaction Maintain project controlThe Key responsibilities for the Administrator: Collate and manage site files Create and process purchase orders Arrange and oversee the return of site files Scan and upload documentation onto the system Create and distribute ID cards Handle outgoing and incoming post Order and track uniform and tools Assist with RAMS request Send weekly site details to the team Support on additional tasks when required Monitor daily diaries and identify/report risksThe Experience required of the Administrator: Outcome driven Continual improvement High standard of communication Organised Computer LiterateThe right candidate will deliver all outcomes in line with CDS vision, mission, and values.
