We are seeking an organised, motivated and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join our busy Domiciliary Care Agency, Oakhaven Care.
Position: HR Administrator - Oakhaven Care
Location: Based in our Totton office, with occasional working from Lymington office
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £25,408.50

Your day will involve:
* Leading on the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates. Ensuring all recruitment paperwork is completed accurately and in accordance with legal and data protection compliance and in line with organisational policies and CQC regulations.
* Carry out all new starter pre-employment checks, including occupational health, DBS and employment reference screening, raising any issues with the HR Manager.
* Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding procedures and employment contracts, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
* Managing employee data and personnel records for new and current staff, ensuring information is relevant, up to date and stored securely.
* Manage all payroll changes, liaising with the Payroll Officer, addressing any payroll related enquiries.
* Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, escalating any issues to the appropriate member of the HR team where necessary and in a timely manner.
* Ensure all staff receive the appropriate training and guidance on all HR electronic systems.
About you:
We are looking for someone with:
* CIPD level 3 qualification or relevant HR experience
* Ideally previous experience in a health care setting
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Excellent level of computer knowledge, keyboard skills and software
* An eye for detail, and undertakes tasks to a high standard
* Excellent organisational skills and able to respond to changing deadlines efficiently and effectively
* Own vehicle, insured with business cover and holds a full, clean UK Driving Licence
