We are seeking an Interim Finance Manager for a company based just outside Chippenham to manage financial operations, including payroll, ledgers, Sage 50 transactions, credit control, and cash flow projections. Client Details This company is a medium-sized organisation in the retail industry, seeking an Interim Finance Manager to oversee their financial operations and contribute to their continued success. Description Oversee payroll processes, including pension contributions and PAYE/NI calculations. Manage purchase and sales ledgers, ensuring accurate recording and timely payments. Handle Sage 50 transactions and reconciliations. Implement credit control measures and prepare cash flow projections. Manage banking transactions and perform regular bank reconciliations. Lead a small finance team and provide monthly financial reports to the Finance Director. Produce and analyse daily and weekly management information. Profile The successful Interim Finance Manager should have: Experienced finance professional with a strong background in payroll, ledgers, and financial reconciliations. Experience working with Sage 50 or similar. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership abilities to manage a small team. Effective communication skills. Ability to produce and analyse management information to support business decisions. Job Offer Competitive hourly rate up to £23 per hour.
