The HR Partner will play a crucial role in supporting their employees and ensuring that the businesses HR practices align with their organisational values and goals. Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor to management and staff on all HR-related matters. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment. Manage the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent. Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management. Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Qualifications: CIPD qualification or working towards it. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
