* Collaborate with the Quality Audit Supervisor to conduct necessary quality audits and support the quality improvement strategy, while also enhancing clinical network engagement.
* Maintain the confidentiality of information about patients, staff and other health service business and contribute to the development of best practice within the service.
* Participate in individual performance review and respond to agreed objectives, attending the relevant conferences/workshops in line with identified professional objectives.
* Use appropriate computer software to develop and create clinical or service-related reports or documents with daily use of IT software such as email, intranet and IAPT compliant Patient Data Management Systems.
Expertise in producing reporting and working with large data sets.
* Experience in and/or interest in quality improvement projects.
* An interest in working within healthcare or mental health services
* A driven and passionate personality with good collabaration and communication skills
