With proven call centre experience or an understanding of social care with the elderly, you are prepared to provide reassurance and safety to Carelink users. Strong communication skills and computer proficiency are essential to effectively assess and respond to emergency situations. What the Job Involves As part of the Carelink team, you will provide 24-hour emergency monitoring and response services. Working on a night shift schedule, your duties include handling support calls, responding to emergencies, performing safe and well checks, and installing emergency call equipment. You will work a combination of office-based shifts and at-home responses to customers during the night. The role requires working five 7.24-hour shifts with unpaid breaks and includes weekends and bank holidays. This position is based at the Gatehouse, Kedleston Road, Derby, with on-site parking available. The initial contract is for a 12-week period, with full training provided.
