As a SASS (Survivor Advocacy Support) Housing Support Worker, you will work proactively with women at the local authority homeless department, offering strength-based, needs-led support. You will conduct risk assessments, brief interventions, referrals, and signposting. Specialising in supporting women at risk of tenancy breakdown, you will develop safety plans, advocate for survivors, and facilitate group support opportunities.
