About Us:

Don't worry if you have not done this before as full training will be provided.
Your Day to Day Responsibilities:
1. Handling intermediary calls in a polite and timely manner, making referrals where necessary.
2. Communicating with mortgage intermediaries to help submissions, provide updates, and address inquiries.
3. Managing end-to-end processing of mortgage applications, including coordinating with underwriters.
4. Ensuring all mortgage applications/offers and admin tasks are completed correctly and in a timely manner alongside policies and processes.
5. Providing suggestions and ideas on how the customer journey can be improved.
6. Being flexible and supporting colleagues within the Intermediary Support Team to achieve targets.
About You:
To be successful in this role you will have:
1. A willingness to learn and grow.
2. Attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy and completeness of mortgage applications and related tasks.
3. Good organization skills to effectively manage workload and meet deadlines.
4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers, intermediaries, and other departments.
5. Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
6. Previous experience in mortgage administration or a related field is preferred but not required.

1. A part-time contract, hours to be discussed. We can be flexible on start and finish times and days worked.
2. Salary up to £22,500 per year (pro-rata for part-time).
3. Holiday allowance of 30 days per year + Bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time).

5. Pension contribution of up to 8% of salary.
