About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on, driven, and commercially sharp sales leader to take charge of the Cleaning Division as Group Chief Revenue Officer. This is a national role that sits at the heart of our growth strategy - focused on generating high-quality opportunities, winning major contracts, and ensuring seamless delivery in partnership with our operational teams. You'll have the autonomy and influence to shape the division's future, working at pace and leading a high-performing team to consistently deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute a sales strategy that supports ambitious growth targets.
2. Deliver value-driven pricing models that protect margin and drive profit.
3. Lead or support full-cycle bid management in close collaboration with Bid and Ops teams.
4. Identify and convert cross-sell and upsell opportunities across wider service lines.
5. Contribute to retention activity, supporting contract renewal and growth.
6. Work with marketing to build a strong brand presence and generate inbound leads.
7. Track market trends, customer insights and competitor activity to refine strategy.
8. Present confidently to clients, senior stakeholders, and internal teams.
9. Oversee budgets, commission structures and incentive plans for the sales function.
10. Support smooth contract handover from sales to service delivery.
11. Regularly track, review and report on sales performance and activity.
What You'll Bring
1. Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior sales role within the contract cleaning sector.
2. Strong commercial and pricing background with a proven ability to meet/exceed targets.
3. In-depth knowledge of bidding processes and solution design.
4. A confident, tenacious, and organised sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
5. Expertise in negotiation, deal-making, and relationship-building at all levels.
6. Comfortable using social platforms for outreach and engagement.
7. Strong communicator and presenter, with excellent analytical skills.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard sales tech platforms.
9. Process-focused, with a strong grasp of operating in compliance-led environments.
10. Proven leadership in building, managing and motivating high-performing sales teams.
11. Relentless drive to grow, improve, and deliver sustainable success.
Requirements
1. Full UK Driving Licence.
2. Five-year checkable employment history.
3. Two work references, personal credit check, and Right to Work documentation.
