Harris Hill are pleased to be working with a vital social welfare organisation in looking for a Head of High Value to spearhead transformative income growth and lead a high-performing team for a respected organisation with strong ties to the British Army.
This role is unique because it combines strategic leadership, creative innovation, and the opportunity to make a significant, tangible impact on the lives of British Army personnel and veterans. As Head of High Value, you will be at the heart of the organisation’s mission, driving the high-value fundraising strategy that fuels critical support programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a High Value Relationships fundraising plan to achieve ambitious income targets.
2. Lead donor acquisition efforts, creating compelling proposals and securing major gifts and corporate partnerships.
3. Manage a dynamic donor pipeline, identifying new opportunities across corporates, major donors, and trusts.
4. Collaborate on impactful fundraising propositions and oversee high-value stewardship events.
What they are looking for:
1. Demonstrable success in corporate partnerships, major gifts, or trust fundraising.
2. Proven leadership and team-building skills.
3. Strong relationship management, strategic planning, and financial acumen.
4. A results-driven, innovative approach with a passion for the charity’s mission.
This London-based role (35 hours per week) offers a chance to make a real difference while leading a passionate and driven team. Salary is £52,000.
