Insite Operations Support Manager – Worcestershire / M5 Corridor
Like variety and interacting with different customers? We have an opportunity to join the Insite Operations Support team, ideally placed in the Worcestershire/M5 corridor area above Bristol.
Our growing national Insite portfolio delivers best in class customer service onsite. You would be required to carry out order fulfilment, stock management, product/spares sourcing, site projects and generate cost savings in line with our contractual expectations.
The IOSM team is 20 strong and a vibrant and supportive environment in which to work. We pride ourselves on customer service and are continually looking to develop new ways of working.
Flexibility is required as the role entails the need to provide both holiday, sickness & project support for a wide range of sites. You will be mostly based within the M5 corridor, but you may be required to travel further if the need arises. There is also the potential to stay away overnight for short periods when required.
You will be a strong communicator, able to communicate at all levels, coupled ideally with a technical bias and a good understanding of the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul supply chain. Experience of sales order and/or stock management systems would also be advantageous. A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel across your defined area is essential.

Key Skills:
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Able to juggle competing priorities and flexibility
* Commercially astute to identify opportunities for spend consolidation and cost savings
* Experience of using Sales Order Processing systems is essential.
* Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems would be an advantage but not essential.
