Job Title: Agile Coach Location: London (Hybrid, with flexibility) Company: PropTech Series B SaaS Startup We are looking for a Agile Coach / Scrum Master for a cutting-edge PropTech business. As a fast-growing Series B SaaS company. The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Coach to support and guide the engineering and product teams on their agile journey. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance. You’ll be instrumental in evolving our agile processes, promoting best practices, and ensuring alignment between business and development objectives. What You’ll Do: Coach and mentor product, engineering, and leadership teams in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.). Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Help teams adopt and continuously improve agile practices, driving a culture of accountability and transparency. Guide teams in setting and achieving meaningful goals, ensuring alignment with business outcomes. Collaborate with senior leadership to refine organizational processes and ensure agile frameworks align with broader business goals. Support the removal of impediments and promote a problem-solving mindset across the organization. Work to enhance the team’s ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Provide training and workshops to deepen agile knowledge and enhance team capabilities. Measure and track agile maturity across teams, providing actionable feedback and recommendations for improvement. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar agile leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS Scale-Up Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and the ability to apply them across different teams and contexts. Experience working in or with product development teams, understanding the dynamics between product, engineering, and business. Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others at all levels. A deep understanding of agile principles and a passion for promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Experience with scaling agile practices across teams, ideally in a Series B or high-growth startup environment. Familiarity with modern agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.) and performance metrics. An adaptable mindset, able to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization. Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe SPC, ICAgile) are a plus, but not required.
