This role involves providing efficient site maintenance, including routine preventative tasks and addressing machinery breakdowns to maintain high standards of quality and operational performance. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns promptly. Conduct planned maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Install and modify mechanical equipment to precise specifications. Report hazards and defects swiftly. Maintain accurate records and complete all required paperwork. Essential Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in production maintenance. GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths, English, and Science. Recognised City & Guilds certification in an engineering discipline. Strong understanding of current engineering standards. Skills in fabricating, pneumatics, Arc/MIG welding, hydraulics, and interpreting technical drawings. Desirable: NEBOSH/IOSH Safety qualification. COMPEX Certification.
