If so, we have the perfect role for you As a Multi-Skilled Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our site. Reporting to the Built Estate (BE) Manager, your responsibilities will include carrying out a range of repairs and maintenance tasks across various building services. You will receive your work tasks a month in advance, and then you will manage your own diary. Your main responsibility will be escorting fuel deliveries on site at RAF Marham. Your role will encompass both planned and reactive maintenance, requiring you to work independently and make decisions on the most appropriate repair solutions. These tasks may involve low cost repairs and minor building work. You will be required to maintain accurate records using both electronic and paper-based systems, ensuring that materials used and work completed are properly documented. Ensuring that all health and safety documentation is in place before undertaking any tasks is crucial. What you’ll need; Success in this role requires flexibility, good communication skills. You should be an independent worker, and confident when lone working with the ability to adapt to various tasks and challenges. The ideal candidate will hold a full UK driving licence and have previous experience in a handyman or semi-skilled role. Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions are essential. As the role involves working outdoors, the ability to work in all weather conditions is necessary, along with proficiency in using hand tools.
