What you'll be doing
As a SEA Principal Systems Engineer - Technical Manager, you will be required to progress the design, development, design proving, test, commissioning, and in-service support of the equipment as part of a multi-disciplined team.
1. Managing Requirements throughout the Engineering Lifecycle
2. Proving Technical inputs to bidding activities
3. Integration and production qualification activities
4. Taking Prototypes and developing them into Products
5. Work Package generation and execution
The skills you need
1. Established Systems Engineer
2. Extensive Knowledge and experience of working within the Verification and Validation
3. A good understanding of requirements capture and experience of using DOORS to manage requirements
4. Knowledge and understanding of using MBSE would be desirable
5. Experience of UK MOD Maritime Weapons Equipment would be advantageous
6. Excellent communication skills
