Role: Midweight Videographer with film and social media experience
Location: London Docklands/Hybrid/UK
We are looking for:
We’re on the lookout for a creative and enthusiastic Midweight Videographer to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role, best suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to push the boundaries of social content.
This role leans heavily into editing (80%) over filming (20%), so we’re looking for someone with a keen eye for storytelling, a strong sense of pace, rhythm and tone in post-production, and a deep understanding of what makes engaging content for digital and social platforms.
You’ll be editing from a mix of feature film, gaming and in-house filmed footage, creating high-quality short and long-form content for social media and digital campaigns. The right candidate will be passionate about creating scroll-stopping content and bringing energy and flair to every frame.
On the filming side, you’ll support the capture of featurettes, behind-the-scenes, premiere red carpets, influencer activations, events, and promotional content — often in high-pressure or quick turnaround environments. A knowledge of applicable cameras, lighting and sound equipment will therefore be a must. We predict this role to be a 80/20% mix of editing and filming in favour of editing.
This is a collaborative, hands-on position where a proactive attitude and strong communication skills go a long way. You’ll work closely with producers, creatives and designers across projects — this role will require client-facing experience at times — and will have opportunities to grow your skills and contribute creatively.
