Are you an experienced EYFS or Primary Teaching Assistant with a background in supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs?
We are working with a Primary school based in Enfield, assisting in their search for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from January 2025.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will ensure the child you're supporting is happy, safe, and involved in the learning as much as possible. If you are proactive and energetic and are looking for a new challenge supporting pupils with a range of needs, this is the role for you.
The school is easily accessible via public transport and there are parking options available.
What do the school require from you?
Experience in an EYFS or Primary setting.
Experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs, or a good understanding of SEND.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Confident and able to use your initiative.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with special needs.
Knowledge of relevant safeguarding policies and procedures.
