This role will involve evening and weekend work. About the Role We are looking to recruit a full-time Lighting technician to work alongside our current events team. Our main event venues, Metronome and Confetti X, are located in the heart of Nottingham and have state of the art equipment but you will also have the opportunity to work at other external venues. You will be collaborating with events management team and clients both internal and external to Confetti and NTU, to develop exciting stage designs incorporating light, video and pyrotechnics where needed. You will be responsible for running and maintaining the live events equipment within Confetti Media Group where we use GrandMA 2 and 3, Avolites Titan and Chamsys MagicQ. but if you are not familiar with these, training can be provided. You will be asked to support a large range of events such as TV broadcasts, esports, live events, music events and theatre using a wide range of lighting kit including ETC, Clay Paky, Robe, Martin, Prolights, Chauvet and Arri.
