Teaching Assistant Post
27.5 hours per week – term time only
Salary Grade 3 Point 5 – 7 Dependent on experience (actual salary £15615 - £15899)
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly skilled and flexible Teaching Assistant to work in our fabulous school. You will need to be hard working, resilient and have a great sense of humour. The successful candidate should be qualified/working towards/willing to work towards a qualification to a suitable level and have the right skills to take on this flexible role.
• Are you someone who is energetic and enthusiastic?
• Can you develop a good relationship with children whilst promoting independence?
• Can you work alongside the class teacher in order to personalise the curriculum?
• Can you manage behaviour effectively?
• Do you have strong subject knowledge to support our learners?
