Role Objectives The WEP Clinical Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the organisation's needs Create attractive job postings and advertisements Identify and refine the most suitable talent from the available candidate pipeline. Conduct phone screens with qualified candidates. Schedule interviews and oversee the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, or other stakeholders. Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details. Ensure compliance that the recruitment process is compliant with GDPR and company policies. Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants. Support employer branding initiatives as required. Organise and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline. Keep records of all recruitment materials, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders. Provide support to the HR team on other Talent/HR needs as required. Conduct routine internal audits of talent acquisition processes and procedures.
