Job Opportunity: Electrician Engineer / Electrician
Location: South Wales
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
On Call: 1 in 4
Key Responsibilities:

Specific Roles:
* Respond to emergency callouts promptly.
* Prepare detailed Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
* Upgrade consumer units for safety and compliance.
* Rewire houses based on client needs.
* Install EV charging points in residential and light commercial premises.
* Provide expert advice and accurate quotes for remedial work.
* Collaborate with support teams to ensure exceptional service.
* Expand the client base through effective communication.
* Contribute to social media showcasing expertise.
* Train and mentor apprentices.

Person Specification:
Education & Training:
* Level 3 Award in Electrical Installations (18th Edition)
* C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing or 2394/5
* C&G 236 Part 1 & 2 or equivalent
* EV Charging experience (preferred)
* Solar experience (preferred)
* NICEIC approved or equivalent
Experience & Knowledge:
* 5+ years as a qualified electrician.
* Experience in a domestic services environment.
* Proven track record of supporting and developing apprentices.
* Experience in the service industry.
Skills & Abilities:
* Confident communication with a range of stakeholders.
* Ability to build positive working relationships.
* Strong problem-solving skills for electrical issues.
* Proficient IT skills, including Apple devices.
* Excellent organisational skills.

* Willing to train and mentor junior electricians.

* Valid UK driving licence.
