Our client is seeking a results and quality-focused individual with strong communication skills to take full responsibility for the shift in terms of managing people, production, and quality targets to ensure the smooth running of the production process.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, have a continuous improvement mindset, and a focus on health and safety to ensure optimum performance and achievement of budget objectives by coaching, resolving issues, and serving as a link between employees and the Production Manager.
Candidates must have experience in a Supervisory/Team Leader role within the printing industry.
