We are seeking a detail-orientated and proactive Technical Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in supporting their regulatory functions, ensuring that all client projects are managed efficiently and in compliance with relevant standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. For the technical aspect of this role, you will need to have a background in non-food testing and compliance. This is a fully remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Documentation Management: Maintain and update technical documentation, including product specifications, compliance records, and regulatory filings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of client projects, liaising with internal teams and clients to ensure timelines are met and deliverables are achieved.
* Regulatory Support: Provide administrative support in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents, ensuring compliance with UK and international standards.
* Data Entry and Analysis: Input and manage data related to product compliance, generating reports as required to support decision-making processes.
