Interview Process
Shortlisted candidates will:
* Undertake an Individual Leadership Assessment with an Occupational Psychologist, scheduled for the week commencing 11th November 2024.
* Participate in a Staff Engagement Panel (typically lasting up to 1 hour), also scheduled for the week commencing 11th November 2024.
Following these assessments, a formal panel interview will take place during the week commencing 2nd of December 2024. This will be face-to-face at Sanctuary Buildings, London. Candidates will be required to prepare a presentation for the interview.
Candidates invited to interview will also have an informal conversation with a member of the Department for Education Ministerial Team during the weeks of 11th and 18th November 2024.
References from two named individuals (one being an employer) will be required if you are invited to interview.
Please note that the Department for Education does not cover travel costs for interviews/assessments unless otherwise stated.

We may hold a reserve list for a period of 6 months from which further appointments can be made.
