Junior Customer ServiceAgent
We are looking for an ambitiousCustomer Service Agent to join the team based in Newmarket (onsiteposition). After probation period, hybrid model will beapplicable (3 days office/ 2 days home). There are 5excellent Customer Service Agents, including a Team Leader. Theyare the main point for contact for our UK & Ireland basedclients, guiding our customers through the post-sales process. Ifyou are enthusiastic, confident and love talking to other people -this role was created for you!
TheCustomer Service Agent at Arrow will work aspart of a busy team providing excellent Customer Service to Arrowcustomers. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day salessupport and customer service activities for assignedaccounts.
What will you be doing atArrow ECS?
* Providing supportto customers and internal Account Managers in the day to dayrunning of the accounts and assisting with customerqueries.
* Liaising with other departmentsinternally e.g.: Purchasing, Accounts, Dispatch, TechnicalConsultants, to fulfil customer requirements/queries, organizingshipments etc.
* Resolving queries and raisingcredit where necessary.
* General administrationduties: preparing reports etc.
* Updatingcustomers of deliveryexpectations.
Whatare we lookingfor?
* Experience in theoffice/ administration job and CustomerService
* Business fluency inEnglish
* Good working knowledge of all Microsofttools- especially MS Excel.
* Understands thesales process and the importance ofcustomers.
* Highly motivated, with a pro-activeapproach to their workload.
* Good organizationskills - Able to work on their own.
* Teamplayer.

* Working hours: Mon-Fri9.00-5.30 with 1h for lunch. You will need to be flexible at busyperiods and willing to work over the standard working hours ifrequired.
