About the Position:
We are seeking a Tech Recruitment Lead to join our Experis Internal Talent team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the permanent recruitment efforts for tech talent, supporting organizations hiring for tech and non-tech talent on an exclusive basis but also via a PSL.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the recruitment process for tech talent on an exclusive basis and via a PSL.
* Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs.
* Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to identify top talent.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening to job offer.
Requirements:
* Experience in IT / Tech recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
* Strong sales and business development skills, with a focus on new business generation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
