Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 salary range (salary offered dependent on experience)

Job Description - Production Planner:
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organising, and managing production schedules to meet customer demand while ensuring operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
• Production Scheduling: Developing and managing production schedules in line with weekly sales stock inventory forecasts and production capacities.
• Stock Management: Ensuring availability of raw materials and maintaining appropriate stock levels, liaison with suppliers throughout each necessary stage.
• Operational Efficiency: Working closely with production teams and management to enhance efficiency and overcome identified operational challenges.
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 quality standards and health and safety regulations.
• Communication: Acting as a key link between procurement, production, and sales teams, communicating and raw material shortages or delays where required.
Skills and Experience Required:
• Demonstrable experience in production planning or a similar role within manufacturing.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, inventory control, and supply chain operations surrounding
• Proficient in supply chain systems and Excel; knowledge of Sage 200 is a plus
