An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Solicitor to join us in our Ledbury office.
This role would suit a solicitor who is keen to progress and build the caseload for the region alongside our Marketing and BD teams. Ability to work autonomously is important as the role reports to the regional lead Partner based in Stroud.
Redkite is looking for candidates who are keen to make a mark on the community and be a leader and mentor within the Ledbury office.
This role is focused on Private work only, no legal aid. The caseload would include divorce and financial settlement with some childcare.
The role will require excellent self-management skills as well as demonstrable knowledge and experience of legal aid systems and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

Person Specification:
* Minimum of 3 years PQE in a Family department.
* Experience and knowledge of legal aid systems and advocacy.
* Experience of supervision and/or willingness to supervise.
* Experienced in using data management systems and the full Microsoft Office suite.
* Adaptable communicator, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and courtesy.
