The Project:
HS2 will transform Euston station. We will construct at least six new 400m long platforms, a new concourse and improved connections to Euston Underground station, along with a host of other important features. We have an exciting new opportunity for an Integrated Management System and Quality Assistant to join our team. This role is based on site at our Euston Station office.
You'll be responsible for:
1. Governance and maintenance of key performance and compliance systems.
2. Timely and accurate performance reporting.
3. Team administration duties.
4. Raise the profile of IMS and Quality requirements through delivery of training to wider project team.
5. Support the audit programme and compliance to schedule.
6. Support the agreed Annual Audit Schedule by scheduling audit with attendees, arranging travel and accommodation when required.
7. Support the IMS management system ensuring standards are written in the correct format and meets IMS document control requirements.
8. System administrator of Quality and IMS systems to include but not limited to the following systems: Aconex IMS, COMET, Method Grid, ACC and Field2BIM.
9. Ensure governance and compliance and provision of training related to IMS and Quality System.
10. Provision of IMS and Quality Training for new starters.
11. Arrange and coordinate meetings/workshops with internal colleagues, sub-contractors and external stakeholders, including the booking and managing of internal/external meeting rooms/venues.
12. Collate and issue agendas, meeting packs, meeting minutes, chase actions and support the production of performance reports/presentations.
13. Support external audit requirements including ISO and parent company certifications where required.
14. Responsibility for the management and administration of the Sentinel system and all staff certifications associated with Sentinel. This includes D&A testing and all Rail Compliance training, as required by parent companies.
15. Maintain Team information such as SharePoint folders, organisation charts, distribution lists, holiday trackers etc.
16. New joiner onboarding and induction arrangements.
17. Undertake ad-hoc tasks as necessary to support your team and the wider project.
18. Promote and manage lessons learnt portal.
